It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not create any clinician–patient relationship.

2 · You accept the risk
Dietary change and extended fasting carry real risks, and those risks differ from person to person. You use this site and the tracker voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poe Ventures LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the site, the tracker, or the information on it.
3 · The tracker is a log, not a device
The tracker records what you enter. It does not diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a regulated medical device. It may contain errors, may be unavailable, and — while it is in public beta — may change or lose features without notice. Export your data if it matters to you.
4 · Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. An account may be suspended for abuse, attempts to disrupt the service, or unlawful use.
5 · Your content
Your journal entries are yours. Creating an account grants only the permission needed to store, back up, and display that data back to you. Your entries are not sold, published, or used to train anything.
6 · Our content
The writing, design, and code on this site belong to Poe Ventures LLC. Quote a passage with attribution and a link if it is useful to you — please do not republish the site wholesale.
7 · Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
