Live fasting timer
16:8, 18:6, OMAD, 24h, 36h, or a custom goal. Backdate a start and log past fasts without breaking your history.
A fasting timer and carnivore journal that runs in your browser. Start using it right now without signing up for anything — and create an account later only if you want the journal to follow you between devices.
The beta stores everything in this browser until you choose to sign in.

Most diet apps are built around counting carbohydrates. When you eat three grams of them, that whole interface is in your way.

Log meat, eggs, dairy, fat, ferments and notes without wading through a database built for someone else's diet.
Protein, fat, carbs, hydration and fed-day targets in one clean daily view instead of six separate screens.
Glucose, ketones and weight tracked alongside fasts, so patterns become obvious over weeks rather than days.
Sodium, potassium and magnesium logged against fast length — the thing most people notice too late on a long fast.
A simple recent-history view showing fasting consistency and weight movement, without dashboard overwhelm.
The public beta works without an account, and while it does, everything lives in this browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
If you create an account, your journal is saved to the server instead, so it can move with you between devices and into the full app later. That is a trade you make deliberately, and you can export and leave at any point.
This app records what you tell it. It does not interpret your numbers, it cannot tell whether a fast is safe for you, and it is not a medical device. Extended fasting is not appropriate for everyone — read who should not do it before you start, and talk to your doctor if you take any medication.
